Elected every year at our AGM, our committee are voted for by our members and are responsible for all things Carnival RAG. From promoting and running our events, meeting every week to discuss all things Carnival RAG and working with the rest of Team Carnival, our committee all dedicate their time and work hard to ensure the success of Carnival RAG.

Olli is a 4th Year Theology and Religion student who is returning to Carnival from his year abroad. He has been part of RAG since first year as a Hitchhikes Recruit, then moving on to committee as Hitchhikes Coordinator in Second Year, finishing the year as "Hero of Carnival" at our RAG Awards. He has found RAG to be one of the most rewarding things about uni and cannot wait to start the year!

Rosie is in her 3rd year of Policy, Politics, and Economics. She first got involved with RAG as Communications Recruit in first year, as well as participating in the Ugandan Gorilla Trek. This was before becoming Communications Officer in her 2nd year after being Highly Commended in the "Outstanding Contribution" category at the Carnival RAG Awards

Eddy is going into his 4th year of studying Mathematics and is also returning from his year abroad. Eddy started with RAG by climbing Kilimanjaro in 1st year, then being on committee as Challenge Coordinator in 2nd year and participating in our Uganda Gorilla Trek. RAG has changed his life, and he hopes it will change yours too!

Adam is a fourth year Nuclear Engineering student who has completed an Everest Base Camp in first year and a Kilimanjaro Trek as a Challenge Leader in second year with Carnival RAG. Adam is now taking on a second year of being International Challenge Coordinator and aims to further raise awareness of the treks and develop the strong community network in Carnival.

From participating in Enigma and the Three Peaks Trek, to helping organise First Dates, Sarah has been all over with RAG. She hopes to continue the trend of meeting amazing people through raising money for incredibly worthwhile causes in her 3rd year studying Sport and Exercise Sciences at UoB.

Jess joins committee at the start of her 2nd year studying Chemistry and is looking forward to organising our campaigns such as the Poppy Appeal and Guide Dog Day. Jess joined Carnival from the off in 1st year as a Campaigns recruit and hasn't looked back, gaining valuable experience and participating in events like Enigma as well!

Rhiannon can't get enough of RAG, and has been on Carnival's committee since before most of us were even at uni! She was Adopt-A-Charity Coordinator for two years, and Vice President of Carnival last year- alongside Co-Chairing the National Student Fundraising Conference- so she has all the knowledge to take on organising RAG Week this year. If that wasn't enough, she has also participated in Carnival Chute and the London 2 Paris cycle!

Jessica has loved every minute of her RAG experience she is very excited to take on RAG Week this year with Rhiannon. Returning from a year in industry in Belgium, Jessica has held the position of Extreme Events Coordinator previously with Carnival, as well as trekking to Machu Picchu, leading the Three Peaks Challenge, and cycling from London to Paris with Carnival.

Rory is a 4th year Psychology and Psychological Practice student, and over his time at university he has taken part in Chute, Lost, 3 peaks and is challenge leading the new High Atlas Mountains Trek. He has greatly enjoyed his experiences with RAG and is looking forward to his role on committee.

Charlotte is a final year Biomedical Science student at the University of Birmingham and is just back from her placement year to join Carnival's Committee. She participated in our trek up Mount Kilimanjaro in 1st year, and enjoyed it so much that she decided to become a Challenge Leader for the Ugandan Gorilla Trek in 2nd year. Carnival played a massive part in giving Charlotte the confidence to take on a placement and she can't wait to get started!
